The Trail Noble-Contrée and Course du Benou offer you several routes through the three villages of the commune
The aim of the Trail de la Noble Contrée is to help you discover or rediscover the region's magnificent footpaths. It's a 27km route with 1,500 metres of ascent through the three villages of the commune - Venthône, Miège and Veyras - finishing with a magnificent climb beneath Venthône Castle.
Are you afraid of the route? Don't worry, there's also a more accessible route: the Benou race, with its 10.8 km and 350 metres of ascent.
Looking for more of a challenge? Then the 'combo' is for you: take part in both races in 1 day.
