Boulangerie - Mathieu

The Mathieu bakery at Salgesch has worked with the Moulins du Rhône flour mill at Naters and the company Fructum Vitis to create an original bread that is based on grape seed and made entirely from Valaisan ingredients. Grape seed is beneficial in several ways: it is an effective ingredient in skincare products, promotes joint health, and is a good antioxidant. It is used in several different products, including rolls, croissants and small baguettes, to name just a few.
