The Château de Vaas is a historic 13th-century building which has been completely renovated and is now devoted to the Cornalin grape variety.

In the heart of both the vineyard and a typical hamlet, the Château de Vaas, renamed the "Maison des Cornalins", contains several areas to interest visitors, including the exhibition space (currently being developed), which focuses on the features of the Cornalin grape, and the wine library, which offers a selection of wines, plus light meals, in a distinctively modern and convivial setting.
