Located in Muraz, just above Sierre, the Café-Restaurant de la Contrée boasts a terrace shaded by an artfully dishevelled Virginia creeper.
Pierre and Joëlle Berclaz invite you to discover a varied menu featuring the traditional "La Contrée" tartare, with its 20-year-old recipe, as well as the "canaille" dishes of the Lyon brasseries, such as sweetbreads, flambéed kidneys and calf's liver with port wine. There is also a special page of suggestions based on seasonal produce. A special place is given to meat from our Hérens breed. Good humour is the order of the day.
