Le Trèfle restaurant is temporarily closed; a new concept is on the way.
However, the bar ‘Le Bistrot’ remains open. No need to be a hotel guest: the Bar is open to everyone. Drop in for a morning coffee, a quick lunch, or apéro with friends over sharing boards and small plates. At the counter, in the room or on the terrace, right in the heart of Sierre.
