Concert-apéritif by Les Pornographes

Faithful ambassadors of George Brassens, Les Pornographes will be enchanting the 17th-century Chapelle d'Anchette in Venthône.

Alice Richtarch sings Brassens's saucy lyrics, little-known gems and great classics with heart and sensitivity: Le parapluie, L'orage, Les bancs publics and, who knows, a few well-chosen songs you may not have heard before.

Les Pornographes have been a huge success: hundreds of concerts in prestigious venues and festivals in France and Switzerland, three albums (Les Pornographes chantent Brassens, vol. 1 and vol. 2, and Live au Théâtre de la mer), regular radio appearances and videos of their ‘Concerts pour les gens confinés’ viewed tens of thousands of times on the networks.

Alice Richtarch is accompanied on guitar by Greg Pittet and on bass by Rafael Gunti, both of whom have the good taste to serve up their accompaniments as close as possible to the original versions, with obvious pleasure and complicity. And on special occasions, Les Pornographes work with the ace French guitarist, the incredible Sébastien Giniaux, to spice up their repertoire with extra counterpoint.

Les Pornographes is a show and records for all ages, for all ears, for anyone who appreciates pretty words, delicate melodies and simple music.
