Recognition, harvesting, culinary and health uses, recipe ideas, virtues.
On the 3er and 24th may:
- Small tasting session.
- Dress appropriately for a walk in a natural environment and for the day's weather.
- The workshop will take place even if it rains.
- Please bring something to write down for those who wish to do so.
- Some recipes will be given to you at the end of the activity.
