Design your family coat of arms

In this fun workshop, children will design a family coat of arms, just like in the days of knights… but with their own modern-day ideas!

What shall we put on this coat of arms? A favourite celebration, a much-loved dish, a funny or brave animal, a family activity, a profession, a treasured object…

Guided step by step by the artist Irène Dacunha, children will discover how to turn their ideas into a powerful and joyful emblem. A moment of sharing, imagination and creativity, ending with a unique coat of arms to display proudly at home!

👉 Workshop open to all children aged 8 and over; book at the circulation desk by Monday 8 June. No drawing experience required, just a desire to create.
