This route starting from the picturesque village of Lens will first take you on the Grand Bisse de Lens, which once carried the waters of the Lienne to the meadows and vineyards of Flanthey, Chermignon and Ollon. From Diogne, the hike continues on the Chemin des Contrées crossing the grand landscapes of the "Boup" landslide before reaching the heights of Venthône and continuing on the Bisse-Neuf (Bénou). Once the Raspille has been crossed, the route follows the Bisse de Varen (Varone) overlooking the Salgesch vineyard and the hills of Finges. After one last descent, it is the arrival in Varen, a small wine-growing village perched on the sunny slope.
