Born out of a desire to create a simple and authentic meeting place between producers and the public, the event offers visitors the chance to discover wines from several cellars in a village atmosphere. Since its first edition, the event has grown steadily and now brings together more winemakers. It also aims to support local viticulture by promoting direct exchanges and local sales.
The Barriques & Vins event will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in front of the Tandem Café in Venthône.
Visitors will be able to discover and taste wines from nine local winegrowers and cellar masters: Cave Delta, Cave Buizon, Cave Mabillard-Fuchs, Bagnoud Vins, Cave du Mont-Bonvin, Cave Jérémy Zufferey, Biocave and Cave Maurice Zufferey.
The day will feature:
- A free tasting area with participating wineries;
- NG Liqueur and its artisanal limoncello;
- A musical and convivial atmosphere conducive to exchanges with producers;
- They will take advantage of this edition to unveil a new culinary experience, which is still a secret for the moment.
