Pho3nix Kids Triathlon by Nicola Spirig

Take part in the triathlon and swim, roll and run like the Olympic medallist in London.

The Pho3nix Kids Triathlon by Nicola Spirig is based on the Olympic motto "Participate before you win". There is a ranking, but no timekeeping. In Switzerland, a number of races are organised for children, giving them the chance to discover the values of sport in a fun way.

MATERIALS
Swimming costume, bike in good condition with inflated tyres and good brakes (small wheels and draisienne allowed), helmet (compulsory), trainers (compulsory), T-shirt (upper body must be covered for the bike race and the run).

DOSSARD
From 8.45am in front of the waterside refreshment bar, Chem. du Grand Lac 12, 3960 Sierre.

START
Gathering 30 minutes before the start with all the competition equipment (swimming cap, bike, shoes, helmet, race number, jersey, etc.) next to the number distribution area. The transition zone is set up jointly with the accompanying persons. Parents are spectators and supporters.

RESULTS
From 12:45 for all categories in the finish area.

PRIZES
All the children will receive great prizes and gifts.
Medals for the top three in each category (girls and boys separately).

GROUP SIZES
For the larger categories, the children will start in several waves or will be split between girls and boys.

CHANGING ROOMS
Changing rooms and toilets are located by the outdoor swimming pool.
