End-of-year Capoeira meeting

This special event is a unique opportunity to discover capoeira, a Brazilian martial art that combines dance, music and acrobatics.

Capoeira Dos Alpes invites everyone, young and old, to take part in the Friday introductory classes (for children aged 4 and over, from 5.30pm to 6.30pm) and the special class for parents and adults on Saturday (from 2pm to 3.30pm), as well as two days of demonstrations and fun!

FRIDAY 14 JUNE 2024

- Minis classes: 17:00-19:00
- Maxis classes: 17:00-19:00
- Introductory course from 4 years: 17h30-18h30: For the youngest, the introductory course is the perfect opportunity to discover capoeira in a safe and fun way.
- Welcome Roda Teens & Adults in civilian clothes: 7.15pm
- Apéro after the roda

SATURDAY 15 JUNE 2024

- 9.45 am Welcome of participants
- Minis classes: 10.00am-12.00pm
- Maxis classes: 10.00am-12.00pm
- Teenagers & Adults classes: 10.00am-12.00pm

- Introduction to capoeira "Special Parents & Adults": 14h00-15h30: An exceptional introduction to capoeira for parents and adults, a unique opportunity to discover capoeira in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Official part and Roda: 3.45pm in front of the gym
The official part of the event and the final roda will be held in front of the gymnasium, to round off the two days in style.
