Following a car accident, Olivier Masson plunges into a vegetative state. His family members clash in a series of high-profile trials. Olivier's wife and mother are at odds: one wants to free her husband, a prisoner of his body, while the other considers her son to be very much alive.
The play, inspired by the Vincent Lambert affair that took place in France around 2010, sheds light on issues such as therapeutic relentlessness, the rights of people with disabilities and euthanasia.
