While modern rotary mowers decimate a large number of small animals, these animals have a real chance of not falling under the blade of the scythe. In this course, you'll learn how to care for meadows with the strength of your arms and how to carry out the gestures necessary for the maintenance of the scythe. You will be accompanied by 2 specialists from the region, who are keen to revive this traditional craft in the Valais.
