Le métro des émotions: workshop-show

A participatory theatre experience for the whole family, with four colourful lines for children to draw, sign and sing.

Estelle Poscio, mother of 2, is an emotional therapist, singing teacher and opera singer, with a degree from the Zurich College of Music. She has taken several courses in therapeutic touch and emotional management. Drawing on this experience, she has developed ‘Le métro des émotions’, an emotional regulation tool for families.
