Using an elliptical style and short chapters, the author composes a mosaic of fragments from the lives of various characters, exploring relationships with others, with oneself, and one's place in a society that is sometimes familiar, sometimes foreign. A singular language, a way of reinventing literary codes that seduced the jury of the Prix PIJA, which recently awarded the author the prize for first novel.
