Programme:
9.30am: welcome at the Cave Albert Mathier & Fils in Salgesch
9.45am: departure by car for Tschangerang, above Salgesch
10.00am: explanation of vinification using Georgian kvevris by Fadri Kuonen, production manager
11.00am: return to the winery, visit and tasting of three wines vinified in kvevris.
