6:00 pm: Speeches by Alain Dubois, Head of the Culture Department of the Canton of Valais, Gérard-Philippe Mabillard, photographer, and Delphine Niederberger, Director of the Wine Museum.
Reception with Cave Mandolé, Cave La Madeleine and Domaine Jean-René Germanier.
