HYWOX

The concept is simple: 8 functional stations and 8 x 1 km runs. The event is open to participants of all ability levels and features a course that alternates between running and functional exercises, all in a sporting and motivating atmosphere.

This HYROX race simulation is organised by the HAWO Training Club and the Centre Manor Sierre.

The event is open to all ability levels and features a course that alternates between running and functional exercises, in a friendly and motivating atmosphere.
Walking is permitted. If you experience any discomfort or pain, the HAWO Training Club coaches on site will suggest an alternative.

Various formats are available:

Solo: the kilometres and stations are completed by a single person.
In pairs: the kilometres are completed together and the stations are shared freely.
Relay team: the kilometres and stations are shared freely amongst the participants (2 to 8 people).

The run will take place in the car park of the Centre Manor Sierre on Sunday 23 August 2026.
