For the duration of a concert, Buenos Aires will make its way into the intimate setting of the Caves de Courten. Combining tension, sensuality, elegance and musical exhilaration, Piazzolla’s music reveals its full modernity and expressive power. His tango, deeply rooted in tradition yet enriched by jazz and classical music, becomes, under the hands of the quintet, a vibrant, intense and deeply moving experience.
On stage, five highly talented musicians will unite their instrumental voices: William Sabatier on the bandoneon, Girolamo Bottiglieri on the violin, Lionel Monnet on the piano, Irina-Kalina Goudeva on the double bass and George Vassilev on the guitar.
